Fourmost has developed its own custom solutions for the transorb pigtail assembly used in the Tensor and Tolteq MWD tool systems. We have developed our own in-house printed circuit board (PCB) design and source the boards themselves within North America. Depending on your system requirements, we can customize your final PCB assembly with components for a variety of applications. Our unique potting technique combined with our own fixture yields a final product such as the transorb pigtail that facilitates ready visual inspection of both components and solder joints.
Fourmost can assist in developing detailed and optimized custom design specifications for cables that connect downhole tools such as an MWD system to surface programming units. We procure, assemble, and performance test each cable before shipping them to their required destination. We can expedite subsequent orders by procuring long lead components for our in-house inventory.
